Player Certification

Player must present birth certificate at either the player assignment day or the team evaluation day.
If player is a grade exception player, a report card indicating grade must be presented.
Returning players will not have to present a birth certificate if one is already on file, but must present a current report card if using the grade exception rule.
If a player takes a season off, the player must completely recertify.
